Yes. Connected is unlocked by a clinic invite rather than sold here, and it costs you nothing — your clinic’s protocol, dose logging, Apple Health sync, your estimated-levels chart and one medication of your own. Your clinic can also sponsor full Premium on your behalf.

Clinic plans are billed per practice (Starter $79, Practice $249, Clinic $599/mo) and include a band of active patients — 15 / 75 / 250. Beyond your band, the overage rate is $7 (Starter), $6 (Practice), $5 (Clinic) per active patient per month. Practice adds providers at $35/mo each.

A Business Associate Agreement is arranged directly with our team as part of an Enterprise agreement — ask during a demo. Access is scoped by row-level security, so you only ever see patients who have connected to your clinic.

The 30-day trial on Starter and Practice needs no credit card. When it ends you can subscribe, or the console moves to a read-only state — nothing is deleted.
